Transom Cap Replacement & Engine Reinstallation

Engines were removed to replace the aluminum transom cap, then reinstalled along with the trim tabs, steering, and transom transducer. Additional work included recalling the bow thruster insert, checking the radar dome for a broken belt, repairing the trim systems, and replacing the lower unit anodes.

Owner's Notes
Transom Upgrade (March 2025) to modern composite core that won't absorb water or deteriorate. Full rebuild includes a glassed in transom and a new aluminum cap. The result is a transom that's stronger than factory spec and built to outlast the rest of the boat. In-progress photos available, and the finished work speaks for itself on inspection.
