Yamaha Outboard 100-hour Service, Thruster Sheer Pin & Trim Tab Repair

Shoreline Yacht Services performed a Yamaha 100-hour outboard service including thermostats, water pump impellers, oil, zincs, spark plugs, gear oil and fuel filters. Technicians also checked and aligned the engines, diagnosed and repaired the bow thruster with a new sheer pin, and replaced a hydraulic trim tab pump (NSM Engineering).

Line Items: - Outboard service performed at the dock. Yamaha 100 hour service to include thermostats and water pump impellers. R/R Motor oil, zincs, spark plugs, gear oil, impellers, high pressure fuel filters and thermostats. - Marine Parts Outlet — Yamaha Outboard Parts — 20W40 Yamaha oil change kit. Anodes, gaskets, thermostats, fuel filters, spark plugs, gear oil, marine grease. - Fuel filters — Racor Parker S3213 x 2 - Check and Align engines - Sheer Pin x 2 - Hydraulic Power Unit Hatch Actuator, 12 volt - 1 Qt Pennzoil - Diagnosing problem with thruster. Disassemble interior, test and diagnose problem with trim tabs. Checking oil in the reservoir. - Install new sheer pin in thruster and attached spare pin to motor housing. - Reimbursement — NSM Engineering — 4/10 = (1.5) Installed new trim tab pump and tested. Tabs move correctly. Invoice Attached.
